For many professional strikers, the hardest transition is not physical. It is professional.
You have invested years into training, competition and discipline. You have built knowledge that very few people possess. The next step is turning that experience into a financially sustainable career.
This role is designed for coaches who want:
You continue working in Muay Thai and Boxing — inside a professional environment with real athletes, ambitious members and a serious coaching culture.
This is a Swiss employment role with a competitive salary and clear structure. Your income does not depend on fight results, short-term performance, or physical wear and tear.
Develop athletes and build a strong BJJ team. As part of IMPACT’s coaching group, you help shape training quality and long-term athlete pathways.
