Sergei Liubchenko – Head Coach Muay Thai · Multiple-time world champion
Free Trial ClassMuay Thai, or Thai boxing, is one of the most effective striking arts there is. Fists, elbows, knees and shins, plus the clinch. Eight weapons instead of two, at distance and right up close.
You learn it from Sergei, a professional fighter from Ukraine with over 24 years of experience and several world titles. He builds your technique from the ground up, wherever you start.
Sparring is part of it, light and technical. It is not about winning, it is about getting better, and about feeling good in the group. If you want to compete, you train with the competition team. That takes commitment.
Your first session is free. Before that, we'll have a quick chat to see whether IMPACT is the right fit for you.

Nathan is Swiss and came to martial arts as a child. He took his first steps in Taekwondo before moving to kickboxing, where he had his first competitive fights.
He then built his striking in Muay Thai and fought successfully in several Swiss cities. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu followed, and he holds a purple belt in it today.
That covers what MMA is made of: punches and kicks standing up, control on the ground, and the transition in between. He teaches it the same way — technique, timing and tactics rather than raw power.
Nathan takes the sport seriously, himself less so. The tone in his classes is relaxed, the standard for technique is not. He competes himself and has never stopped learning.
Fists, elbows, knees, shins – Muay Thai uses the whole body. Powerful and direct, yet rhythmic and precise.
Straights, hooks, uppercuts. Clean punching technique in combinations – with guard, timing and awareness.
The close-range weapon. Short, precise, controlled – always trained with respect and protection.
Power from the hips. Knee strikes and clinch work for control at close range.
Shin, not instep. Roundhouse, teep and footwork – range, mobility, precision.
No experience needed. We'll lend you gloves – just bring sportswear and water.
