WHAT IS BOXING?

Modern boxing comes from England, where it was known as the gentleman’s sport. Two people measure themselves by clear rules, with respect for each other and nothing but technique in between.

That is exactly how we train. Punches, footwork, guard and distance, built up cleanly by coaches who have fought themselves. Learning to box means working on technique, on stamina and on staying calm under pressure.

Sparring is part of it, light and technical. It is not about winning, it is about getting better.

WHAT'S HOLDING YOU BACK

No excuses.

Is boxing hard to learn?

The boxing classes are a little more advanced, but suitable for anyone reasonably athletic. Everyone can learn the content.

Do I have to spar?

A bit of sparring is part of training with us. It stays light and technical, with clear rules, and there are no hard shots to the head. The point is to get better, not to win.

Will I fit in?

We're proud of a great community of very different people that welcomes everyone. You'll fit right in!

How does a class work?

A class lasts 60 minutes: warm-up, technique with a partner and on the pads, then rounds. Basics classes are for getting started, all-levels classes for everyone who already boxes.

How do I sign up?

Just sign up via the form. Your first session is free – we'll give you a quick call beforehand.

Where does training take place?

At Technoparkstrasse 3 in Winterthur, in the Technopark area. Easy to reach by public transport, bike or car (parking on site).
