Learn to box – with power, technique and structure.
Free Trial ClassModern boxing comes from England, where it was known as the gentleman’s sport. Two people measure themselves by clear rules, with respect for each other and nothing but technique in between.
That is exactly how we train. Punches, footwork, guard and distance, built up cleanly by coaches who have fought themselves. Learning to box means working on technique, on stamina and on staying calm under pressure.
Sparring is part of it, light and technical. It is not about winning, it is about getting better.
Your first session is free. Before that, we'll have a quick chat to see whether IMPACT is the right fit for you.

Nathan is Swiss and came to martial arts as a child. He took his first steps in Taekwondo before moving to kickboxing, where he had his first competitive fights.
He then built his striking in Muay Thai and fought successfully in several Swiss cities. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu followed, and he holds a purple belt in it today.
That covers what MMA is made of: punches and kicks standing up, control on the ground, and the transition in between. He teaches it the same way — technique, timing and tactics rather than raw power.
Nathan takes the sport seriously, himself less so. The tone in his classes is relaxed, the standard for technique is not. He competes himself and has never stopped learning.

Quentz was born and raised in New York City where he crafted his Boxing skills.
At IMPACT he teaches striking technique, footwork and the strategy behind it. He competes himself and has a number of fights behind him.
His energy is extraordinary. He lifts the whole class and gets everyone to go a bit further than they had planned.
In Zurich we have 7 boxing sessions per week, in basics and all-levels classes.
The boxing classes are a little more advanced, but suitable for anyone reasonably athletic. Everyone can learn the content.
A bit of sparring is part of training with us. It stays light and technical, with clear rules, and there are no hard shots to the head. The point is to get better, not to win.
We're proud of a great community of very different people that welcomes everyone. You'll fit right in!
A class lasts 60 minutes: warm-up, technique with a partner and on the pads, then rounds. Basics classes are for getting started, all-levels classes for everyone who already boxes.
Just sign up via the form. Your first session is free – we'll give you a quick call beforehand.
